Tsar Coat or Jacket sewing pattern from Maison Fauve. Tsar will become the new star of your wardrobe with its strong cut and beautiful collar.

This pattern can be sewn in gabardine for an overcoat/trench look, or in a medium weight wool for a nice coat that will accompany you all winter long.

Suggested fabrics: Gabardine, medium-weight woollen cloth, jacquard, velvet with structure. For the lining, use a suitable fabric with sufficient slip for the sleeves.

Fabric requirements: Up to size 36, 2.3 m of fabric and 1.7 m of lining // Sizes 38-46, 2.8 m of fabric and 1.8 m of lining // Sizes 48-52, 3.2 m of fabric and 2.2 m of lining.

Sizing: EU 34 – 52 (approx. UK 6 – 22, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

NOTE: In the size chart, poitrine = bust, taille = waist, and hanches = hips.

Notions: 11 buttons, 15-20 mm diameter; 1 m of thermo-tacking.
