Geneva V-neck Blouse sewing pattern from Liesl + Co.
This classic blouse includes a little twist! In addition to the elegant, deep-but-not-revealing V neck, the classic shirt-tail hem, and the centre-back pleat, this pattern includes two sleeve options: a 3/4-length lantern sleeve and a gentle 3/4-length bell sleeve.
This pattern includes cup sizes (A/B, C and D) to help you get a great fit.
Suggested fabrics: This pattern works best with a variety of light- to medium-weight woven fabrics including quilting cotton, voile, lawn, shirting, poplin, broadcloth, denim, linen, and flannel.
Fabric requirements:
View A: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 1/2 – 4 1/4 yd (2.3 – 3.9 m) // 58″ (147 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/4 – 2 1/2 yd (1.6 – 2.3 m).
View B: 44″ (112 cm) wide fabric: 2 1/2 – 3 1/4 yd (2.3 – 3 m) // 58″ (147 cm) wide fabric: 1 3/4 – 2 1/2 yd (1.6 – 2.3 m).
Sizing: 0 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 20, based on our standardised size chart) with A/B, C and D cups. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.
To determine cup size, subtract upper bust measurement from full bust measurement. Up to 2″ difference = A/B cup, 3″ = C cup, 4″ = D cup.
